Salary Range:  $43,606 – $54,508

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

1. Excellent communication and positive attitude.
2. Knowledge of financial and governmental accounting principles, payroll regulations and Medicaid billing.
3. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and accounting software programs, preferably CYMA Not-for Profit/Fiscal Agent software.
4. Able to work with little to no supervision and lead/manage staff.
5. Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
6. Analytical problem-solving ability.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines.
8. Maintain confidentiality with private information such as payroll, Medicaid records, etc.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE JOB:

1. Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and must have 5 – 10 of years’ experience.
2. Certified Public Accountant or CPA candidate preferred.
